![]() I do dip over lunch and early afternoon start feeling fuzzy headed and tired, but my afternoon booster sorts that out I can state my opinion clearly and I can say no to people if I don’t have time or energy to take the request on I can agree to tasks without it feeling overwhelming. I get an urgent phone call from my boss and I am collected and can listen and take on board what he needs. I can get up from my desk to take a toilet break or go for a short walk because I feel aware of my body and it’s needs, and have the time to take regular breaks I can structure tasks and tick them off one by one. The days seem like I am in control of events and the time - things don’t pass me by in a blur, I am the master of my day. I can get up off the sofa and go get ready for my day and just go! I feel in control and focused to get stuff done. I can think about the day ahead and plan it in my head. From there I feel collected and motivated. Feels like an energy boost, but not an overwhelming buzz I get a pleasant cold feeling in my chest that spreads, I start to feel calm and awake, a bit like putting my glasses on, or drinking a cup of coffee, but for my brain. Within 30-60mins of taking my first pill I can feel the meds coming on. ![]() Wake up feeling fuzzy headed, exhausted and overwhelmed ![]() Meds - 54mg Concerta (methylphenidate ER) 7am, 18mg Concerta 10am, 10mg Ritalin booster 3pm.
